Hazard (official). A damaged seat belt may not adequately restrain an occupant, increasing the risk of injury during a crash.
Action / remedy (official). Dealers will inspect the seat belt webbing and replace the seat belt assembly if necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed March 20, 2025. Owners may contact Toyota's customer service at 1-800-331-4331. Toyota's numbers for this recall are 25TA03 and 25LA03.
