Hazard (official). A fuel leak near the rear tire can increase the risk of a crash or injury. In addition, a fuel leak in the presence of an ignition source increases the risk of a fire.
Action / remedy (official). Dealers will secure the angle sensor coupler wiring harness and replace the fuel hose, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed May 20, 2026. Owners may contact Honda's customer service at 1-866-784-1870. Honda's number for this recall is KU5. Vehicle Identification Numbers (VINs) involved in this recall will be searchable on NHTSA.gov beginning April 4, 2026.
