Hazard (official). The glass can fall out of the frame, increasing the risk of ejection and injury during a crash. Detached window glass can also become a road hazard for other vehicles, increasing the risk of a crash.
Action / remedy (official). Nova will inspect and replace the windows as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed June 8, 2026. Owners may contact Nova Bus customer service at 1-450-472-6410. Nova Bus' number for this recall is ER26501. Vehicle Identification Numbers (VINs) involved in this recall will be searchable on NHTSA.gov beginning June 8, 2026.
