We do not collect your VIN. A model-year match does not establish whether your individual vehicle is affected or has been repaired. Snapshot through 2026-10-11.
Results are official records from named sources. Coverage is incomplete. Match the exact model, batch and market, and confirm the latest instructions with the official source. A missing result is not a safety clearance.
NHTSA complaint and current-action window 2024-08-24 to 2026-10-11; historical campaign count uses the complete official pre- and post-2010 recall files acquired for this release.
What this means
The records were matched to the NHTSA make/model identity “Mopar High Pressure Fuel Pump”. Each evidence type is reported separately.
What this does not mean
Complaint reports are allegations, not defect findings or a safety score. Counts are not normalised for sales, registrations, mileage or exposure, and a zero does not prove safety.
A loss of drive power increases the risk of a crash.
Official action: Dealers will replace the fuel delivery module and pump electronic module, free of charge. If the fuel delivery module is not installed in a vehicle, dealers will repurchase it. Interim notification letters, notifying owners of the safety risk, were mailed November 4, 2025. Additional letters will be sent once the final remedy is available, anticipated August 2026. Owners may contact FCA customer service at 1-800-853-1403. FCA's number for this recall is 94C. Vehicle Identification Numbers (VINs) involved in this recall became searchable on NHTSA.gov beginning September 16, 2025. The information in your report suggests that Chrysler (FCA US, LLC) may have been aware of this issue more than five business days before filing a report with NHTSA. Please be reminded that under Federal law, this agency is to be notified of all safety defect and/or noncompliance decisions within five business days. 49 CFR 573.6 Significant civil penalties can be assessed for this violation.
