Incorrectly installed fuel lines increases the risk of a fire.

Official action: Dealers will inspect and and reroute the fuel line as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed November 24, 2025. Owners may contact Keystone customer service at 1-866-425-4369. Keystone's number for this recall is 25-475.

A ramp door that breaks during use increases the risk of injury.

Official action: Dealers will install additional support brackets, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed March 4, 2026. Owners may contact Keystone customer service at 1-866-425-4369. Keystone's number for this recall is 26-478. Vehicle Identification Numbers (VINs) involved in this recall will be searchable on NHTSA.gov beginning March 13, 2026.
