A gas leak in the presence of an ignition source can increase the risk of a fire.

Official action: Dealers will inspect and replace quick disconnect as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed December 6, 2024. Owners may contact Grand Design customer service at 1-574-825-9679. Grand Design's number for this recall is 910045. This recall supersedes Grand Design RV recall 22V308.

Broken shock retainer bolt heads and washers may detach and become a road hazard, increasing the risk of a crash.

Official action: Dealers will replace the shock bolts, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed June 26, 2026. Owners may contact Grand Design customer service at 1-574-825-9679. Grand Design's number for this recall is 910062.

Affected model years: 2024, 2025, 2026, 2027

While damage to the power center increases the risk of a fire, damage to the electrical system may cause the trailer brakes or exterior lightings to fail, increasing the risk of a crash.

Official action: An over-the-air (OTA) software update will be released. Lighting will be inspected and repaired as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed November 16, 2026. Owners may contact Grand Design customer service at 1-574-825-9679. Grand Design's number for this recall is 910068.
