A loose or detached seat assembly may not restrain the occupant as intended, increasing the risk of injury during a crash.

Official action: Dealers will inspect for a missing weld and replace the pedestal seat as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed December 15, 2025. Owners may contact Foretravel customer service at 1-800-955-6226.

An overheated printed circuit board increases the risk of a fire.

Official action: Dealers will inspect and replace the printed circuit board as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed July 27, 2026. Owners may contact Foretravel customer service at 1-800-955-6226.

Brake lights that remain on may fail to alert other vehicles of the driver's intention, increasing the risk of a crash.

Official action: Foretravel will work with Shyft to replace the pressure switch, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed August 28, 2026. Owners may contact Foretravel customer service at 1-800-955-6226.
