The fireworks may burst or release burning material outside the safety distance of 8 m or below a height of 3 m, which may result in the user being hit by the pyrotechnical effects and matter from the product. This can lead to injuries, burns and damage to sight. Furthermore, the sound pressure level is too high (measured value up to 129 dB), which can cause damage to hearing. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Pyrotechnics Directive nor with the European standard EN 15947-5.
