Hazard (official). A transmission fault may cause the vehicle to accidentally go into a false neutral position and move forward unexpectedly. In some cases, the sensor may show the vehicle is in “neutral” even though a gear is engaged. This means the vehicle could start moving when shifted into Drive (D) or Reverse (R), even without pressing the accelerator. This could cause injuries. The product does not comply with the Regulation on the approval and market surveillance of motor vehicles and their trailers, and of systems, components and separate technical units intended for such vehicles.
