Additionally, the fireworks may burst or eject burning material outside the designated safety distance of 8 m or below a height of 3 m, causing fire or injuries and/or burns to the user or bystanders. Moreover, the article does not extinguish after functioning within 120 seconds, which may cause fire to surrounding objects. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Pyrotechnics Directive nor with the European standard EN 15947.
