Action / remedy (official). Dealers will provide an acoustic vehicle alerting system remedy kit, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed August 5, 2026. Owners may contact Denago EV's customer service at 1-877-755-2453. Vehicle Identification Numbers (VINs) involved in this recall will become searchable on NHTSA.gov beginning July 1, 2026.
