Action / remedy (official). Altec will notify owners to inspect for the presence of an adapter harness. If installed, the owner will be instructed to notify Altec, and no further action is needed. If the harness is not installed, Altec will provide a kit to complete the repair, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed June 9, 2026. Owners may contact Altec customer service at 1-877-462-5832. Altec's number for this recall is CSN-3307.
