Hazard (official). Turn signals that do not function properly may fail to indicate the driver's intention to change vehicle direction, increasing the risk of a crash.
Action / remedy (official). Dealers will update the turn signal indicator software, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed May 7, 2026. Owners may contact Volvo Trucks' customer service at 800-528-6586. Volvo Trucks' number for this recall is RVXX2604. Vehicle Identification Numbers (VINs) involved in this recall will be searchable on NHTSA.gov beginning Feb April 8, 2026.
