Hazard (official). Turn signals that fail to indicate the driver's intention to change direction increase the risk of a crash.
Action / remedy (official). Owners are advised not to tow their trailers until the repair has been completed. Dealers will rewire the turn signals, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed January 21, 2026. Owners may contact Gulf Stream customer service at 1-800-289-8787. Vehicle Identification Numbers (VINs) involved in this recall will be searchable on NHTSA.gov beginning January 31, 2026.
