Hazard (official). Improper air bag deployment can increase the risk of injury during a crash.
Action / remedy (official). Dealers will inspect and replace the CSA assemblies, as necessary, free of charge. Interim letters notifying owners of the safety risk were mailed September 25, 2026. Additional letters will be sent once the final remedy is available. Owners may contact Toyota's customer service at 1-800-331-4331. Toyota's numbers for this recall are 26TK03 and 26TH03.
