Hazard (official). Without the correct lights, it may be difficult for other road users to see the vehicle from the rear or side, increasing the risk of a crash.
Action / remedy (official). Dealers will inspect and replace the rear combination light assemblies as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed April 13, 2026. Owners may contact Toyota customer service at 1-800-331-4331. Toyota's numbers for this recall are 26TK01 and 26TH01.
