Action / remedy (official). Owners are advised not to plug in their block heater until their vehicle is remedied. Dealers will contact customers with instructions to return the part for a full refund or dealers will replace the block heater once a newly designed part is available, free of charge. Owners may contact Ford customer service at 1-866-436-7332. Ford's number for this recall is 26S02.
