Action / remedy (official). Dealers will inspect and replace the brake chambers as necessary, free of charge. Owner letters were mailed April 14, 2026. Owners may contact Mack's customer service at 1-800-866-1177. Mack's number for this recall is SC0491. Vehicle Identification Numbers (VINs) involved in this recall will be searchable on NHTSA.gov beginning December 22, 2025. Owners who received a remedy under Recall 15V804 (SC0398) must have the new remedy completed.
