Hazard (official). A bearing lock nut failure can cause the tire to detach from the trailer, increasing the risk of a crash.
Action / remedy (official). Dealers will inspect and replace the bearing lock nuts, free of charge. All trailers were repaired by October 28, 2025. Owners may contact Virnig customer service at 1-800-648-2408.
