Hazard (official). A separated mixer can create a road hazard for other vehicles, increasing the risk of a crash. A separated mixer on a stationary vehicle can increase the risk of injury to a person standing or working near the rear of the vehicle.
Action / remedy (official). Dealers will provide a replacement mixer hopper assembly, free of charge. Interim notification letters, notifying owners of the safety risk, were mailed January 9, 2026. Final remedy letters mailed March 10, 2026. Owners may contact Cemen Tech customer service at 1-800-247-2464.
