Action / remedy (official). Oshkosh will inspect and replace the head units as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed May 22, 2025. Owners may contact Oshkosh customer service at 1-800-830-3554. Oshkosh's number for this recall is NGDV_TSB_036. Vehicles that were previously recalled under 24V-928 will need to be inspected and possibly have the head unit replaced again.
