Hazard (official). The inability to determine the production date of a tire can result in prolonged usage of a tire that should be replaced or unknowingly using a tire that has been recalled. Both situations increase the risk of a crash.
Action / remedy (official). Dealers will replace the tires, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed May 5, 2025. Owners may contact Goodyear customer service at 1-800-592-3267.
