Hazard (official). A rearview image that does not display properly reduces the driver's view behind the vehicle, increasing the risk of a crash.
Action / remedy (official). Dealers will inspect and replace the radio and update the rearview camera software, as necessary, free of charge. If the radio is not installed in a vehicle, dealers will repurchase it. Owner notification letters were mailed beginning November 25, 2025. Owners may contact Chrysler customer service at 800-853-1403. Chrysler's number for this recall is A3C.
