Action / remedy (official). Nova Bus will replace the coolant sensor as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed July 24, 2025. Owners may contact Nova Bus customer service at 800-350-6682. Nova Bus's number for this recall is CR5693.
