Hazard (official). Incorrect tire information can result in installing the incorrect-size tires, increasing the risk of a crash.
Action / remedy (official). FCA will mail corrected tire placard labels. Owners may bring the label into a dealer for free installation. Owner notification letters were mailed December 12, 2024. Owners may contact FCA US customer service at 1-800-853-1403. FCA US's number for this recall is C3B. Vehicles previously repaired under recall 24V-512 will need to have the new remedy completed.
