Hazard (official). An incorrectly attached seat may not properly restrain the driver during a crash, increasing the risk of injury.
Action / remedy (official). Dealers will inspect the bolt connection and tighten the bolts between the driver and front passenger seat rail and the vehicle body, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed December 4, 2024. Owners may contact MBUSA customer service at 1-800-367-6372.
