Hazard (official). Incorrect lockout instructions can mislead the operator into thinking the high voltage system is shut down, increasing the risk of injury by electrical shock.
Action / remedy (official). OEV will provide corrected ERG, operator, and maintenance manuals and add additional warning labels, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed December 20, 2024. Owners may contact OEV customer service at 1-866-688-5223. OEV's number for this recall is 2024-SRC-01.
